Kolb+Co. SC, as well as other certified public accounting firms, participates in the state of Wisconsin’s mandatory peer review program covering our audit, review and other accounting practices. The program requires that once every three years we subject our system of quality control to an external examination. Our peer review letter for the year ended May 31, 2010, indicates an opinion that we have met “the requirements of the quality control standards for an accounting and auditing practice established by the AICPA to provide the firm with reasonable assurance of conforming with professional standards.” There was no letter of comments related to this review.
