Jim Brandenburg, shareholder of Kolb+Co. and a member of the firm since 1993, has been in public practice since 1984. He has experience in corporate and partnership tax law, and extensive knowledge in mergers and acquisitions and tax legislation. His expertise includes working with owners of closely held businesses to identify tax planning opportunities and to assist them in implementing these strategies.
