Joy J. Duce

Director of Human Resources

Joy Duce, director of human resources of Kolb+Co., has been in the human resources field since 2001. She is responsible for the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures, the recruitment of firm employees, the administration of all employee benefits, as well as employee relations, compensation administration and training. Previously, Joy served as the human resources manager for W.O.W. Distributing Co., Inc. where she developed, implemented and promoted wellness initiatives to better control and reduce health insurance costs.
