He is experienced in leading and performing merger and acquisition (M&A) due diligence for clients, resolving post M&A transaction disputes, implementing M&A integration plans, process consulting, audits of privately held companies, activity-based management, technology consulting, financial modeling, business forecasts, product line analysis, cost accounting systems, work flow automation and profit improvement studies.
