Mark Miller, shareholder, has been a member of the firm since 1984, and in public practice since 1981. He became a shareholder in 1989 and served as managing director of the tax division for 10 years. Mark specializes in tax planning for closely held business owners, real estate professionals and high net worth individuals. He has extensive experience in structuring and tax planning for partnerships, LLCs and S Corporations.

As Managing Director of Kolb+Co. Financial Advisers, LLC, Mark consults with clients on financial planning, estate planning, wealth management and risk management issues.
