Suzanne Denzine, shareholder of Kolb+Co. and a member of the firm since 1993, has been in public practice since 1983.  Sue has worked extensively in independent medical practice management and served as director of compliance.  Her areas of expertise include operations and personnel management, EMR implementation, HIPAA regulations, OSHA compliance, fee analysis, compliance programs, physician/hospital relationships, third-party payer contracts and negotiations, and practice start-ups.
