Kolb+Co. occupies approximately 32,000 square feet of space in the Class A building situated in Bishop’s Woods Office Park, located between Sunnyslope Road and Elm Grove Road off of Bluemound Road in Brookfield.

The Gateway Building is located at the heart of our market, allowing easy access for clients, other advisers, and prospective clients. We will have the opportunity to design the new space around our client-centered service teams, which group professionals from our accounting/audit, tax and business consulting divisions based on the industries and clients they serve. This is a progressive model for professional service firms, which typically group professionals by practice area. The move also accommodates our growing need for additional meeting space and a training facility. It will allow us to grow by 30 percent in the near term, with options for additional expansion in the future. Finally, its park-like setting and first-class interior make for a professional, comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients and employees.
