Kolb+Co. Medical Software Solutions, LLC, a single member LLC of Kolb+Co. Medical Billing, LLC, was formed as an expansion of our services to medical practices and to accommodate our partnership with EHS, as the vendor of the CareRevolution® software package in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

CareRevolution is a single application for practice management and electronic medical records (EMR) running on world-class technology and an industry standard structured medical vocabulary. CareRevolution allows multiple documentation methods giving physicians the ability to use the product in the way that fits their needs. In addition, EHS offers a simple but comprehensive training and implementation program making sure that each customer receives the maximum return on investment.

CareRevolution has received the TEPR Pediatric Award and certification by the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT). As a one of a small, select group of CCHIT certified products, CareRevolution has been tested and passed inspection of 100 percent of a comprehensive set of criteria for:

  • functionality (ability to create and manage electronic records for all patients, as well as automating workflow in a physician's office),
  • interoperability (a first step in the ability to receive and send electronic data to other entities such as laboratories), and
  • security (ability to keep patients' information safe.
